Useful information about the Island of Phuket

Phuket Airport : is situated on the Northern part of the Island

Phuket Town : by car it is a drive of plus minus one hour.

Rawai Beach : situated 1 1/2 hours away from the airport.

Transport from the Airport to Rawai by Local Bus or Taxi : With the local Bus to Phuket it is relativaly cheap. To Rawai Beach one has to change busses in Phuket which is quite inconvenient. There are always Airpot Taxis available at the airport. ( recommendeable ) The price for these Taxis to Rawai Beach are +/- 500.- Baht. When wished, private transport can be arranged.

Phuket's first Beach, Rawai Beach : One can imagine that this is still today, the only beach which has not been taken over by high buildings and big hotels. This beach invites one to a romantic evening, in small restaurants or bars, where you can enjoy a good Thai meal or even European cuisine.

Daily and Hourly Excursions

Daily Trip to Phang Nga : With a small bus you travel to the North of the Island, passing the Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga. Pick up from your hotel / bungalow in the morning and back again towards the evening. With a long tail boat you are taken to the famous "James Bond Island". Including lunch.

Hourly Trip with the Sunset Cruise : This is a 3 hour trip. Transfer by bus to the landing-stage. Then a round trip via Cape Prompthep. During this period dinner is served with a show on board, then back to the landing-stage and transfer.

Fantasea Show +/- 4 hrs : This is one of the most spectacular shows worth seeing. You will be picked up at your hotel / bungalow and after the show brought back again. This show can be arranged with or without dinner. This is a must for all holiday makers in Phuket.

Simon Cabaret : This show takes approx. 1 1/2 hrs. It is a very good transvestit show which also is worth seeing. Also here the transfer is arranged to and from the show.

Surrounding beaches and at the famous Rawai Beach, you have the possibility of getting a bungalow or hotel. There are hotels and bungalows in all price classes. To make your holiday a pleasure, let us know what you wish and we will arrange accomodation according to your needs.

Whether, Standard ( +/- 1100 Baht ), Superior ( +/- 1450.- Baht ) or a De Luxe room ( +/- 1800.- Baht ), they are all very clean and well furnished rooms. The prices for Bungalows include breakfeast. In the morning from 07.00 - 10.00 breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, overlooking the garden restaurant and the sparkling swimming pool. This scene invites you to a relaxing day.

A bungalow complex, in the midlands of the country which is very quite. These bungalows invite you to relax and take it easy. It is situated nearby restaurants and shops, which can be reached within a few minutes by walking. At the entrance you miss the luxury, but entering the resort you will be surprised to see the actual beauty. The green garden and many trees talk for itself. The rooms, suites and swimming pool which is equipped with a small bar, have a real troprical flair.
All the rooms and suites are equipped with fridge, aircon, television and small balcony.
